All Stars is the post season Little League tournament. It begins with a selection of choice players for each age group (8 and up, must have played in minors and up in regular season) within one's own league; after at least two weeks of intense practices teams participate in the District 7 tournament. From the district level, teams move onto the state tournament and if they win, to the regional tournament (depending on the age group - minors only goes to state). The final destination in the tournament journey is the Little League World Series. Many parents may find themselves unprepared for the confusion and scheduling issues that can accompany Little League Baseball/Softball postseason play, as well as the time and financial demands.
